Frequently asked questions

What does the onboarding fee actually cover?

It enables our team to support with setup: template builds, AI tag configuration, data connection, team training, and ongoing support throughout the pilot. You're not paying for access to the product - you're paying for our team to get you to value. And it's credited in full if you upgrade to the full contract.

Do we need to commit to all three products?

No. You can pilot one product, two, or all three. Each product has its own 58-week contract with a break clause at 6 weeks - they're independent commitments.

What if we don't use all 6 weeks?

You can convert to your full subscription at any point during the pilot - you don't have to wait until week 6. If you want to stop early, the break clause applies at the 6-week mark regardless once you've let us know. 

What happens to our data if we don't continue?

Standard cancellation process applies. Your data is handled in line with the framework agreement signed at the start.
