How It All Went Down
After 15 years of working, managing & having sold his recruitment business, our founder dove headfirst into the world of tech.
Carrying the same passion for Recruitment yet with an entirely different mission, this was the beginning of Vincere's evolution to become the ultimate Recruitment Operating System.
Andi has years of experience working in software and business development across Asia, for companies including Merill Lynch. In 2014, Andi jumped on board as a Vincerian. Today, he’s the proud leader of the Professional Services and Data team.
For 15 years, Kristy sat on the recruiter’s side of the table dealing with high-volume temp jobs before moving on to various roles implementing systems for large rec agencies. Today, she’s leading tech innovation as Director of Product at Vincere.
Lloyd is Head of Operations at Vincere, where he oversees the company's global operations including our customer success teams, customer product SME's, legal, compliance and management across all our offices. Prior to Vincere, Lloyd spent over a decade in the Finance sector working for JP Morgan & BNY Mellon where he led high-performing multi-national sales & client services teams.

One of the original Vincerians, Bella started out as an intern at HiringBoss (that is, the company that makes the software Vincere) and eventually went on to lead as a Head of Marketing. She manages Vincere’s digital presence, events, branding, content, product marketing and global brand presence.

Deborah brings 15+ years of extensive leadership experience in managing global and multinational customer success teams. She’s in charge of setting the overall vision and strategic plan for Customer Success and cross-collaborating with other departments to bring the highest value to Vinny customers at every step of the Vinny journey.

Christina's past work with startups, consulting and running her own company have given her direct insight into global business strategy. As Head of International Sales, she helps lead the agile Sales teams at Vincere and has been instrumental in developing young new talent at the company.

Tam brings a decade’s worth of experience in business finance. She specializes in corporate accounting and financial reports, and maintains a high level of accuracy and efficiency in her role leading Vincere’s Finance team. During her time in the US, she received recognition from the IRS for public service with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. She currently owns the company’s budgeting processes and oversees financial reporting & risk management.

As an ex-recruiter with a background in sales, Ginny had just the right expertise for Vincere. She brought her experience in customer-facing roles to head up our Customer Success teams first in Singapore, then in London. Today she works across multiple global teams as Head of Implementations.

With a background in commercial strategy, marketing, and product management, Ines brings her unique international perspective to managing the global Customer Success teams. As a long-time tech industry professional, she has taken her experience at companies from EMEA to APAC and served as a leader in improving Vinny’s CS operations.

He’s led many projects to support infrastructure, keep the system’s high reliability and scalability, and ensure a stable, streamlined platform experience for customers. Vu originally joined Vincere in 2013 and has grown into leadership, being the point of contact for departmental advice and technical solutions.
