You can now protect sensitive candidate information with field-level security controls, ensuring only authorized team members can view or edit confidential data.

Invoice scheduling now available for closed retained jobs
The Invoice Schedule button is now enabled for closed retained jobs, giving you flexibility to manage invoicing even after job closure.

Enhanced email template 14.5 with additional wildcards
Email template 14.5 now supports 10 additional wildcards for more personalised invoice communications. Wildcards include #AccountName#, #CandidateLastName# and #CandidateFirstName#, #JobTitle# and more.

Intermediaries report updates
The Intermediaries Report now supports greater HMRC compliance with three key improvements: workers are included based on invoice dates rather than placement end dates, zero-amount records are automatically excluded, and end dates auto-clear for placements extending beyond the tax period.
