Vincere Expands Customer Support Footprint in Australia

First Sydney, Now Melbourne: Vinny Bolsters Customer Support in Oz

Vincere, the Recruitment Operating System purpose-built for recruitment agencies, today announced that they have expanded their Australia Customer Success team. This is another move by the rec-tech SaaS to build on its commitment to the Australian recruitment market and establish the next key development in its growing global customer support network. Since the start of 2021, Vincere has brought on 20+ new members to their Customer Support team. This includes regional representatives across all locations: London, Ibiza, Saigon, Singapore, Sydney, and now Melbourne.

This news follows closely from Vincere’s recent announcement in July of significantly strengthened support structures for customers in Japan.
