The chrome extension allows for WhatsApp messaging direct from Vincere allowing consultants to take advantage of read rates of up to 96% and response rates of up to 92%, more than double of text and roughly 4 times more than email.

The data is visible to the business in real time and because the business owns the data through the centralised solution, any GDPR requests do not rely on access to a staff members phone. User access can also be restricted should a staff member leave so the data stays with the business.
